Job Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our fund operations and finance team in an administrative, operational and accounting role.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both finance and fund operations. You'll be involved in refining internal processes, improving efficiency and supporting the core activities of a dynamic funds management environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and updating the fund registry
  • Managing payments and transaction processing
  • Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
  • Assisting with fund reporting and compliance documentation
  • Supporting unit pricing and ensuring data accuracy
  • Contributing to client onboarding and transitions
  • Leveraging technology to streamline workflows

About the Role:

As a proactive and organized individual, you will bring a strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in funds management. Degree in Accounting (or currently completing) and strong MS Office skills are essential.
