**The Role**
As Organisational Development (OD) Manager you will enable the business and people strategy through successful design and delivery of key roadmaps activities relating to Culture, Values, Behaviour and Employee Value Proposition.

Key focuses:

- Review the organisation's culture and engagement approach, to ensure it drives high-performance culture and enables business strategy;
- Develop and implement leadership and capability strategy and frameworks including capability assessments and learner experiences;
- Lead the design and successful delivery of priority OD programs that support high-performance culture, talent and leadership uplift including overall program management.

**About You**
You are agile, tenacious and thrive in an environment where you can make a difference and be accountable. Your proven OD experience will demonstrate your ability to deliver compelling, commercially focused advice to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven success in OD at the strategic level, also enjoying keeping your finger on the pulse with tactical activities;
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills that allow you to influence and build trust;
- Commercial orientation and understanding of how OD and the broader People function can make a difference;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to present conclusive recommendations and business cases.
