Better Health Network (BHN) is a not-for-profit organisation delivering integrated, person-centred health and wellbeing services across south-eastern Melbourne, supporting people of all ages through medical, dental, allied health, mental health, aged care, and NDIS disability services. Lead Organisational Development to Shape a High-Performing, Inclusive Culture

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Organisational Development to join the People & Culture leadership team. This brand new role will lead the design and implementation of initiatives that enhance leadership capability, strengthen organisational culture, and build workforce capability to support BHN's strategic goals.
