Since 2001, Northrop Grumman has delivered Through-Life Support to the Royal Australian Air Force's 34 Squadron located at RAAF Fairbairn in Canberra. The high-performing Northrop Grumman SPA (Special Purpose Aircraft) team is comprised of approximately 50 staff who provide all levels of maintenance, training and logistics support to the fleet of two Boeing BBJ's and three Dassault Falcon 7X's Business Jets.

**Your Role**:
Reporting to the SPA E&TS Manager, you will manage a team of 7 direct reports and hold responsibility to HQ AMG CAMO. Your role involves overseeing maintenance, engineering, and supply support services to ensure SPA aircraft comply with the correct configuration, meet intended purposes, and maintain continued airworthiness. Leadership of the CAM Services Organisation and managing priorities, processes, and requirements of SPA DASR M CASM are essential components of this exciting career opportunity.

**About You**
You will have a Bachelor of Engineering or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification, along with additional education acceptable for a DASR Form 4 Continuing Airworthiness Manager. With at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the aviation/defence industry in an appropriate position, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and manage a team. Your strong analytical and reasoning skills, attention to detail, quick thinking, and understanding of aircraft maintenance aspects are crucial.

As a leader, you should be adept at handling challenging conversations and ensuring contract and regulatory requirements are effectively tailored to program needs. Your stakeholder management skills will play a vital role in supporting internal NGAPL, OEM, subcontractor, and AMG SPA CAMO needs.
