Job Title: Continuing Airworthiness Services Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Continuing Airworthiness Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, engineering, and supply support services to ensure aircraft compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Engineering or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification, along with additional education acceptable for a DASR Form 4 Continuing Airworthiness Manager.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the aviation/defence industry in an appropriate position is required.

About This Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of 7 direct reports and managing priorities, processes, and requirements of SPA DASR M CASM.
  • Oversighting maintenance, engineering, and supply support services to ensure SPA aircraft comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders, OEMs, subcontractors, and AMG SPA CAMO teams.
