Since 2001, Northrop Grumman has delivered Through-Life Support to the Royal Australian Air Force's 34 Squadron located at RAAF Fairbairn in Canberra. The high-performing Northrop Grumman SPA (Special Purpose Aircraft) team is comprised of approximately 50 staff who provide all levels of maintenance, training and logistics support to the fleet of two Boeing BBJ's and three Dassault Falcon 7X's Business Jets.

**Your Role**

As **Technical Services Officer** within our Special Purpose Aircraft program, you will be:

- Providing technical guidance to the Continuing Airworthiness Management Systems group in managing and executing customer requirements and satisfying contractual and regulatory obligations.
- Reviews and prepares various maintenance variation requests.
- Engage with broader engineering and technical services team to deliver aircraft airworthiness, safety, availability, reliability, maintainability and life cycle goals.

**About You**
- Engineering or other Technical Degree level Qualifications
- Experience in the Defence or Aerospace industry, with a comprehensive knowledge of the regulations and standards associated with the airworthiness of aircraft would be advantageous
- Experience in the planning/management/coordination of technical tasks, with a strong understanding of the broader lifecycle of an aircraft.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills are critical in this position.
