Medi-Spa Practitioner

This is a unique opportunity to administer cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests. As a key member of the spa team, you will be responsible for administering treatments safely and effectively, and able to explain all aspects of products and services to guests.

You will have excellent communication skills and provide aesthetic medical solutions, safely and effectively, to address concerns of onboard guests. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to assist with promotional aspects of the position.

Your responsibilities will include providing professional medi-spa services and treatments in accordance with established protocols. You will conduct patient follow-up as required and be flexible with scheduling, supporting needs of the spa and guest.

You will properly care for equipment and use appropriate amounts of product/supplies to assist with cost control. You will follow service pricing policies and cross-promote other spa services.

You will uphold standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by ship and company policy and procedure. You will manage medical product and supply inventory and communicate any occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention.

You will handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously and provide accurate, immediate responses to requests.
