Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to partner with executive and senior leaders across our business, providing expert advice, coaching, and support on all aspects of people and organisational design.
The role involves integrating people strategies with broader organisational goals, providing strategic HR advice and coaching to executives and senior leadership, developing and driving implementation of business unit people plans, supporting organisational design and leading workforce restructure initiatives, implementing talent management and succession planning practices, guiding leaders through reward and performance management cycles, and leading enterprise-wide HR projects focused on culture, engagement, and leadership.
You will interpret and apply HR policies and industrial instruments, ensuring compliance and governance. Additionally, you will use people data and metrics to inform workforce decisions.
About You
We are looking for someone with strong business acumen, known for their ability to influence, challenge, and build relationships at all levels. You should possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and thrive in fast-paced environments. Key qualifications include:
A minimum of 7 years proven experience in a HR/People Partner role.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, organisational psychology or related fields.
Expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Experience and knowledge of employment legislation, policy interpretation, and industrial relations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in conducting investigations.
