Organisational Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead organisational development initiatives. As the successful candidate, you will design and develop projects aimed at enhancing our organisation's capability and capacity.

This role requires a strong understanding of aligning strategic workforce, culture, and development programs across an entire organisation. You will provide invaluable guidance and direction to senior leaders, empowering them to build and maintain a workforce with exceptional capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive human resources management experience coupled with a proven track record of contemporary organisational leadership. They will possess strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and inspire a sense of purpose and direction.

Requirements:
