Job Overview

As a Strategic Organisational Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformational change within organisations. This position requires expertise in conducting research, policy analysis, and operational assessments to inform organisational planning and improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of experience in a strategic, organisational, or information advisory capacity. They will be skilled in evaluating business processes, workflows, and knowledge systems to identify opportunities for enhancement.

You will be responsible for developing and documenting frameworks, strategies, and policies related to governance, compliance, and information management. Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with Australian regulatory or policy frameworks is highly regarded, as is previous experience in a consulting, policy, change management, or information governance role.

The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and may have experience with data visualisation or reporting tools.
