This role is responsible for leading our Learning and Development and Organisational Development functions, ensuring alignment with Bethanie's strategic goals and operational requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. Reporting to our Chief People and Transformation Officer, this position will oversee a team of five direct reports and be based at our Pier St office.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organisational capability, learning and development or a related field. They will possess proven experience developing, delivering and refining successful organisational capability strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and motivate the organisational capability team
  • Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programs
  • Design and implement leadership development pathways
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify capability gaps
  • Oversee talent management and succession planning processes
