Our client a growing business requires a project coordinator to join their expanding team. This is a busy and growing local Tweed business which supplies the residential and commercial construction market in Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

**The Role**
As the project coordinator, your role will be to support two project managers whilst liaising with internal and external customers such as the project team, architects, engineers, field employeesm,etc. This is a busy fast paced environment and the right person will have great experience with assisting the project team including a high attention to detail. You will like a challenge and be well organised to assist you in your multi tasking duties.
- Administration tasks of 15-20 projects to finalisation stage
- Support two project managers
- Assist with procurement for the project materials
- Follow ups with subcontractors and internal team members
- Follow up with clients for contracts and item specificiations
- Project reports
- Support with the business development process
- Adhoc duties as required

**To be Successful**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Residential and commercial building project support experience
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate with all staffing levels and clientele
- Above average problem solving and decision making skillset
- Ideally experience within the glass and aluminium industry.
