**About the role**

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- The Employee Relations Manager is expected to role model and represent the objectives and values of the Council's Leadership Charter.
- Foster a performance driven culture that emphasises wellbeing, and openness and transparency in People and Culture decision making processes.
- Provide timely accurate and reliable focusing on employee relations and strategic human resources matters confronting council.
- Provide innovative and contemporary solutions to human resource and organisational development issues, including the development and implementation of appropriate organisational initiatives and projects.

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will have:

- An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership
- Possession of Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, Law, Organisational Psychology, or related field.
