We are seeking a highly dedicated individual who is passionate about employee relations and can provide full support to our QLD business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all ER enquiries and provide timely responses
  • Provide support to employees and managers to ensure all cases are appropriately resolved or escalated
  • Work alongside line managers and senior leaders to deliver hands-on support in employee relations
  • Conduct performance meetings, run investigations, and disciplinary meetings
  • Develop an effective performance flow chart for managers to manage the process within their teams

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to think critically, and have a proactive approach to resolving conflicts. They will also have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
