**Who are we looking for?**
- Someone who is passionate about cooking and looking to grow in a welcoming, fun environment.
- Ability to work Friday mornings - 5:30-11:00am *essential* as well as various morning and evening shifts as required and after thorough training. (approx 5-15 hrs a week)
- Potential for further training in full dinner service by our head chef if this was desired.
- Experience/Practice in a commercial kitchen highly regarded
- Certificates in or completing certificate cookery will be highly regarded but not essential, experience and passion is more than enough

**What does the job entail?**
- Our buffet breakfast begins at 6:30 and is mostly prepped by our head chef. In the morning, you will be cooking and serving the food, ready for our hungry guests to eat.
- Pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausages, fruit, cereal, yogurt, a lot of choices and much more. With the assistance of a food and beverage all rounder and duty manager, the breakfast service is a breeze.
- Dinner service begins at 5:30 and should you want to learn how to do, training and support is certainly available to move you in this direction.
