**About the Role**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and immaculately presented Culinary Expert to join the NSW Culinary Team and provide an exceptional culinary experience to clients through the delivery of assisting and hosting cooking demonstration classes in order to excite and delight our customers. The role will draw upon your culinary and customer engagement abilities in order to showcase the benefits of our Miele kitchen appliances.

Please note, this position will be based at our brand new
**Miele Bondi Experience Centre**. This role will also hold regular demonstrations (approx. once a week) at our beautiful
**Sydney Miele Experience Centre**. You will prepare gourmet food and actively support and participate in the day to day delivery of all centre culinary requirements, including demonstrations, masterclasses, functions and events, recipe development and appliance testing as directed by the Senior Culinary Expert. This is a great position if you are looking for a new challenge, better work life balance or a different career path from commercial cooking whilst still maintaining your love for all things food related. This role will be working a rotating roster from Wednesday to Sunday (week 1) and Tuesday to Saturday (week 2). Occasional evening or Sunday events may be required on an ad hoc basis.
- A Certificate III in commercial cookery or equivalent professional/industry experience
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Previous cooking demonstrations experience would be an advantage however, not essential. Training will be provided
- Possess strong communication and customer/audience engagement skills
- Have a diverse range of culinary experience and styles
- Passionate about serving great food and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Motivated and driven to continually improve on product knowledge, recipes, ways of working from the broader team
- Basic computer skills required especially Microsoft Office
- Can work as part of the NSW Culinary Team and collaboratively with the Retail Sales Team
