Probiotec provides innovative healthcare products that improve the lives and well-being of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of packaging solutions for both new and existing products.
Source innovative, cost-effective packaging materials through collaboration with suppliers.
Validate packaging designs through testing and trials; manage and maintain accurate packaging specifications.
Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations in line with pricing guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams—including Production, Planning, and Quality, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and product launches.
Support product trials, scale-ups, and documentation during the new product development (NPD) process.
Compile and send quotations and tenders to clients; contribute to the preparation of presentations and customer communications.
Resolve packaging and product-related issues through proactive problem-solving.
Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Perform other duties as required to support overall team and business objectives.
