Laser Clinics Group, the world's largest cosmetic clinic brand, is seeking a driven and collaborative **Group NPD & Protocol Lead** to oversee the development and roll-out of new skin and laser treatments and services across our global network. Reporting to the **Group Head of Category**, this global role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, engaging training programs, and seamless execution of our new product development pipeline.

**What You'll Do**:

- Support the Group Head of Category with commercial analysis, planning and implementation of the NPD pipeline across AU, NZ, UK, and Canada.
- Coordinate the end-to-end launch of new services and devices, partnering with training, marketing, and clinic operations to ensure successful delivery and performance.
- Develop and manage key tools such as pricing guides, FAQs, and implementation assets across markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to review and verify campaign content (e.g. pricing, claims, copy) and ensure compliance across channels.
- Work with suppliers, Learning & Capability, and local Country Managers to localise training materials and ensure market readiness.
- Monitor sales trends and provide campaign education and pricing tools to support promotional activity.
- Support clinics with training interventions, escalation of adverse events, and operational problem solving in collaboration with safety and medical teams.

**We'd Feel WOW if You Have**:

- Bachelor or Advanced Diploma in Dermal Science, or Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
- Experience in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments.
- Background in therapist education, category development, or franchised retail is a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse global teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, planning, and facilitation skills.
- High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
