**Description**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES
- Manage all customer shortages, rejections & extra orders with the internal team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, orders, customer information, and contracts. Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
- Communicate with the buyers on a regular basis.
- Ensure order volumes and relevant paperwork are provided to growers/transport companies in a timely fashion to meet order delivery and customer requirements.
- Actively participate in relevant internal meetings and undertake necessary actions.
- Track key sales metrics, monitor progress against targets, and help identify areas for improvement in sales strategies and performance.
- Responsible for uploading pricing data to customer profiles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with tenders and agreements as directed by management.

SUPPLY
- Work alongside the supply planner to generate POs to growers and suppliers
- Contribute to the development of long-term volume requirements and related strategy development
- Support the New Product Development (NPD) process by researching and providing recommendations in relation to new/ potential product lines or product line extensions
- Actively support the NPD launch team & supply team to ensure the timely, efficient and successful launch of all new category products or product line extensions
- Develop and conduct product trials and report results
- Assist with contingency product in the event of product supply shortfalls

General Administration
- Ensure all customers delivery requirements are communicated to all suppliers and transport companies
- Assist Accounts in reviewing and resolving queries and disputes
- Provide assistance to the Team in preparation for reports, plans, presentations and data entry Undertake timely and prompt communication to all team members/ stakeholders of any supply issues, changes and order allocation
- As a Team member actively participate in the development and successful performance of the Team.

**Skills and Experiences**:
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply/Logistics/Food Science/Agriculture or related area
- At least 3 years in the fresh produce industry in a sales, account management or supply role(preferred)
- Capacity to collaborate across Divisions and develop effective working relationships to deliver optimal outcomes
- Capacity to develop professional working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills, self-driven, and independent.
- Proficient in excel or other ERP systems.
- Willing to work on-site 5 days a week.
