Probiotec provides innovative healthcare products that improve the lives and well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of packaging solutions for both new and existing products.
  • Source innovative, cost-effective packaging materials through collaboration with suppliers.
  • Validate packaging designs through testing and trials; manage and maintain accurate packaging specifications.
  • Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations in line with pricing guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Production, Planning, and Quality, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and product launches.
  • Support product trials, scale-ups, and documentation during the new product development (NPD) process.
  • Compile and send quotations and tenders to clients; contribute to the preparation of presentations and customer communications.
  • Resolve packaging and product-related issues through proactive problem-solving.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
  • Perform other duties as required to support overall team and business objectives.
