This a flexible role for a part-time Multi-Store Marketing Assistant at Bami Vietnamese located in Adelaide. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving internal marketing and routine inspections at Bami stores across Adelaide (need to have a driver's licence as this role requires you to travel to stores), ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, implementing company policies and procedures, and driving business growth.

**Key Requirements**:

- Driver's license.
- Conduct internal marketing initiatives to improve staff satisfaction, customer service and company's culture.
- Have experience creating video content for social media.
- Conduct routine inspections and check-ups at Bami stores in Adelaide to ensure compliance with local Environmental Health Officer requirements.
- Implement and maintain high standards of store cleanliness, food safety, and customer service.
- Support restaurant staff in operational best practices.
- Drive sales and profitability by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and report on store's customer service, hygiene condition and compliance, providing strategic feedback to senior management.
- Flexibility in ad-hoc admin tasks and duties.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
