As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving the financial performance of the business.
This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression within our growing hospitality group.What you'll be doingManage all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management and financial reportingLead, motivate and develop a team of service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiencesImplement effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive revenue and increase customer loyaltyMonitor and analyse restaurant performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvementEnsure strict compliance with all internal policies, relevant health, safety and licensing regulationsFoster a positive and collaborative work environment that supports the company's mission and valuesWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar senior hospitality roleStrong operational management skills with a proven track record of driving financial resultsExcellent customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a teamFamiliarity with food and beverage cost control, inventory management and reportingDemonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPassion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experienceAccounting knowledgeIf you are an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, we encourage you to apply for this role.
