Known for homemade food, daily baked treats, and expertly roasted coffee, they have built a reputation as a welcoming destination in Gepps Cross.
The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Plan menus in consultation with chefs to align with customer preferences and budget goals.
Organise and oversee special events to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are met across dining and kitchen operations.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate records of daily revenue and costs.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
Coordinate purchasing and negotiate with suppliers to optimise pricing and delivery times.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and presentation of meals.
Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Drive profitability by managing costs and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Greet customers, take reservations, and assist in resolving service-related issues.
Maintain a clean, functional, and aesthetically appealing dining environment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Promote a positive team culture by fostering collaboration and open communication.
Regularly assess customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:

A minimum of Advanced diploma in Hospitality Management or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum of one years full-time experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Strong communication skills to effectively manage and motivate staff and engage customers.
Experience in achieving KPIs and driving financial performance in a restaurant setting.
A team-oriented mindset with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative workplace.
