Our Client is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to manage a heavy workload in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for the end to end process and be working alongside another AP Officer. You must have several years experience in accounts payable and be flexible in taking on other tasks to assist the team.

**Duties**:

- High volume invoice entry (150+ p/d)
- Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding & matching of invoices to PO's
- EFT transactions
- Reconciling accounts
- Liaising with suppliers & clients on a daily basis
- Processing credit card statements monthly
- Ad-hoc admin as required

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- 2-3 years experience within a high volume AP position
- Large ERP experience is desirable (SAP, Pronto, Oracle etc)
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- High attention to detail
