The Company

Due to recent growth and success, they are now seeking an Accounts Payable Officer on a temporary basis. The role is temporary for 3 months, with the likelihood of extension or a permanent position for the right candidate. This role suits someone who is customer service-focused, enjoys working in a team, and is results-driven.
About The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Processing high volumes of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Matching invoices with purchase orders and resolving discrepancies.
- Processing invoices and preparing ad-hoc payment runs.
- Collaborating with internal and external departments to resolve invoice-related inquiries.
- Handling credit card administration, including cancellations.
- Managing monthly vendor reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records.

- Proven experience in Accounts Payable with end-to-end skills.
- Excellent communication skills and approachable personality.
- Adaptable and open to change.
- Strong attention to detail.
