Our client is a technology focussed Australian listed organisation located in East Perth and they are looking to an enthusiastic and technically minded **Accounts Payable** **Officer** to join our Finance team. This role is a temp to perm opportunity and they are seeking an immediate start,

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Account Payable management, data entry and processing of supplier invoices.
- Liaise with creditors to resolve issues including leasing with various project staff.
- Management of the creditors documentation.
- Assisting Purchase / stores teams with PO maintenance and management including coding review and distribution
- Assist with month-end reporting including but not limited to Bank reconciliation, Credit Card Reconciliations, and cash-flow reporting
- Assisting with external audits
- Complete various tasks as required to assist members of the finance team and other functions within the business
- Filing and various administrative duties as required

**Essential Criteria**:

- MYOB Experience Preferred
- Prior experience with working with multiple entities
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Driven and proactive nature
