**About The Role**:
Are you eager to elevate your career? Compare the Market is looking for an accomplished Commercial & Partnerships Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the General Insurance team, the Head of, Senior Partner Manager, and Commercial Manager to optimise performance, tracking and enhance the customer experience on our partner websites.

You'll collaborate with the Marketing team to review marketing communications and content, ensuring product accuracy and relevance for our customers. Supporting the Senior Partnerships Manager, you'll be instrumental in operational partner management, continually enhancing and developing our partner relationships.

This role requires a customer-centric mindset, a proactive approach, and meticulous attention to detail, offering a unique opportunity to blend strategic vision with practical implementation to drive the business forward.

**What You'll Do**:

- Oversee the existing Mystery Shopping processes for Car, Home, Travel, and Pet Insurance. This includes generating efficient and effective business reports and continuously refining and optimizing the process.
- Assist with revenue assurance activities, ensuring the accurate reporting of daily sales.
- Conduct daily checks of customer journeys to monitor for changes in pricing, ranking, and functionality.
- Coordinate and conduct compliance checks in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Review marketing content to ensure accuracy and contribute to achieving Marketing Quote Start KPIs.
- Carry out competitor and panel price audits as needed.
- Complete monthly partner reporting and assist the Senior Partner Manager with performance reporting for partner meetings.
- Support the Senior Partner Manager in the ongoing management and development of relationships with General Insurance partners.
- Identify and escalate issues and develop innovative ideas to help the team meet its key objectives.
- Perform additional tasks as required to meet business and operational needs.
- Provide administrative assistance to the General Insurance team as necessary.
