This role involves setting up, serving, and cleaning up after banquets and ensuring guests have an excellent experience.Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:Creating a warm welcome for every single client and guest that sets the tone for their experience with usProvide high-quality food and beverage service following banquet operation standards.Preparing and serving drinks in a prompt mannerHelping set exceptional cleanliness standards across all work areas and equipmentTaking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothlyWhat We need from you:Previous experience in F&B service is preffered.Communication and customer service skillsThe strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneelingYour strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memoriesThe flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidaysFull Australian Working RightsWhat you can expect from us:Free meal on shiftHotel perks like accommodation and food & beverage discountsAccess to our discount retail platform that makes your pay go even furtherWe give our people everything they need to succeed.
