Here's your chance to shape the food and beverage experience at one of Adelaide's most exciting new hotel destinations. TRYP by Wyndham, part of the global Travel + Leisure Co.family, is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Duty Managerto lead a diverse, high-energy hospitality offering.

In this role, you'll oversee the acclaimed Mamasita Mexican restaurant and bar, our vibrant all-day dining café. This is a rare opportunity to lead across multiple venues, shape the guest experience, and make your mark in Adelaide's buzzing food and event scene.

What You'll Do:

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, hands-on Food and Beverage Duty Manager to join our team. This is not your typical supervisory role — we need a leader who is energetic, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all Food and Beverage outlets run smoothly during their shift. You will lead by example, motivating the team to provide exceptional guest experiences, uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, and drive revenue growth through excellent service.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day Food and Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Food and Beverage staff to deliver service excellence aligned with company standards.
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, Front Office Manager and Kitchen to coordinate service and special events.
• Work in close collaboration with the Marketing teams to develop and launch strategic promotions that drive revenue for Food and Beverage through the year for outlets
• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including service delivery and setup
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design drinks menus and pairings
• Champion Social Media content and submit to marketing team on a regular basis
• Lead and manage the daily operations of Mamacita, the café, and all F&B outlets
• Drive team performance and deliver exceptional service standards across all venues
• Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to innovate menus and guest experiences
• Work to meet budgeted F&B Revenue and Forecast, control F&B Payroll costs
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to reduce waste and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage cash handling and financial procedures during your shift.
• Support promotional activities aimed at increasing Food and Beverage revenue.
• Foster a positive team environment, promoting professionalism and a safe workplace.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in F&B management across multiple venues
• Strong understanding of Adelaide's hospitality scene
• Experience in launching or managing events and conferencing is benefical
• Excellent operational, communication, and team-building skills
