Lead Food and Beverage Operations

Join our dynamic team of hospitality professionals as a Food and Beverage Duty Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the guest experience at one of Adelaide's most vibrant new hotel destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop food and beverage staff to deliver service excellence aligned with company standards.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Front Office Manager, and Kitchen to coordinate service and special events.
  • Work in close collaboration with the Marketing teams to develop and launch strategic promotions that drive revenue for food and beverage through the year for outlets.
  • Oversee day-to-day bar operations, including service delivery and setup.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design drinks menus and pairings.
  • Champion social media content and submit to marketing teams on a regular basis.
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of Mamacita, the café, and all F&B outlets.
  • Drive team performance and deliver exceptional service standards across all venues.
  • Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to innovate menus and guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage cash handling and financial procedures during shifts.
  • Support promotional activities aimed at increasing food and beverage revenue.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage management across multiple venues.
  • Strong understanding of Adelaide's hospitality scene.
  • Experience in launching or managing events and conferencing is beneficial.
  • Excellent operational, communication, and team-building skills.
