Welcome to Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets, where every guest walks into a local story. Located in the heart of the iconic Adelaide Central Market, we're proud to be the first Hotel Indigo in Australia—a boutique hotel designed for curious travellers and locals alike. With 145 design-led rooms, our vibrant Market & Meander - Modern Italian Cuisine, and the lively Merrymaker Rooftop Bar with sweeping views and cosmic cocktails, we're more than just a hotel—we're a hub of culture, food, and connection.

We are looking for Food and beverage attendants to join our Market and Meander team. If you're enthusiastic about delivering outstanding guest experiences and being part of a team that celebrates local culture, we'd love to hear from you.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Welcome and greet every guest with warmth and authenticity
• Understanding our offerings, menu, service style and promotional activities
• Provide great customer service, sharing your own unique story and style
• Preparing and serving a wide variety of hot, cold and specialty beverages to a high standard
• Receiving and processing guest payments accurately
• Collaborating with our Events team and kitchen to provide seamless service across our F&B offerings
  
  

What We need from you:

• Communication and customer service skills- approachable and articulate
• Passion and knowledge of Adelaide's local scene, especially wines and spirits.
• Strong attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team
• Motivation – your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energised
• Great teamworking attitude
• Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Safe Food Handling certifications
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions
