Rates :$45 - $55 per hour (including super)
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) is seeking a Digital Content Developer (Web Designer - SharePoint).
The role involves supporting the ACQSC by converting technical, process-driven, and supporting documents into webpages and other interactive digital content, following established development processes.
The role also includes the ongoing development and maintenance of a SharePoint-based document management system supporting the Commission's functions.
Excellent technical skills and good time management are required.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain and develop content in SharePoint to support Commission staff.
Assist in content publication, including creation, editing, reviewing, and archiving digital content, ensuring consistency.
Cure the Commission documentation and manage the digital asset library.
Develop site maps and page templates.
Document team processes.
Respond to Service Desk requests and incidents.
Manage workflows, ensure high-quality outcomes, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Work independently and with geographically dispersed teams.
Resolve conflicts between work goals and priorities.
Display sound judgment and demonstrate commitment to the Commission values.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements :
Ability to interpret technical information and produce engaging web content on SharePoint.
Effective time estimation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in editing and publishing SharePoint sites or ability to quickly learn.
Effective communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
Strong technical skills in SharePoint, Visio, DevOps, or aptitude to learn new technologies.
Ability to analyze digital content for quality and accuracy.
Strong self-management and organizational skills.
Capability to innovate and anticipate opportunities.
Desirable Requirements :
Advanced SharePoint site administration knowledge.
Experience with SharePoint content management.
Project management skills and familiarity with DevOps/Agile methodologies.
Experience with Adobe editing tools.
