White Peak Digital is looking for a Junior Web Designer who brings a dynamic blend of graphic design prowess and technical skills in HTML, CSS, and WordPress to join our existing Brisbane team of talented web designers and developers.

A Day in the Life of a Junior Web Designer @ White Peak

Your typical week would include:

  • Designing websites in Figma, following strategic directives from our management team
  • Bringing your designs to life in WordPress using page builders like Elementor and HTML / CSS
  • Designing custom website assets using the Adobe Creative Suite, including icons, banners, and infographics to enhance the visual appeal and user experience of our projects
  • Collaborating with our Production team to refine designs based on client feedback
About You
  • Experience with Adobe XD & Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in HTML & CSS, from intermediate to advanced levels
  • Familiarity with WordPress, bonus points for Elementor Page Builder expertise
  • Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous eye for design details
  • A solid grasp of UX & UI principles
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and paid search strategies is highly regarded
