Job Opportunity

A dynamic and innovative web designer is required to join a growing design team in Brisbane.

This is a full-time role based in the studio with flexibility to work from home two days a week once settled in.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging, conversion-focused Shopify websites from wireframes and mockups to polished page designs.
  • Design and customise Shopify themes in collaboration with developers.
  • Develop high-quality WordPress designs and updates ensuring a consistent visual experience.
  • Partner closely with developers and marketers to bring designs to life and ensure the finished product matches the vision.
  • Produce digital assets for campaigns, landing pages, and ongoing client projects.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise with customer websites (WordPress & Shopify).
Requirements:
  • Strong experience designing for Shopify including an understanding of how design choices impact usability and conversion.
  • Good knowledge of WordPress and experience designing for CMS-driven websites.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop or Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of web fundamentals – HTML and CSS knowledge is beneficial.
  • Bonus points for experience in eCommerce design and sharing examples where your work improved user experience or sales.
