Our company is seeking an experienced Web Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in responsive design projects and be proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.

We're looking for someone who can lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely execution.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

We take accountability, owning both our innovations and our mistakes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate concepts effectively.
  • Design and develop innovative, responsive web interfaces and experiences that meet business and user needs.
  • Work closely with the brand team to ensure our websites and any new web experiences are consistent with established brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and content creators to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in web design.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
    - Expertise in responsive design principles and best practices for mobile-first design.
    - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for creating feasible interfaces.
    - Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or others.
    - Knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
  • Soft Skills:
    - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
    - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
