Operations Coordinator

**About the Role**

Join our values driven and collaborative team and take ownership of this important role that supports our Operations Manager in Farm Profit and Capability. You are a strong administrator with an understanding of procurement and contracts. You are analytical and take a practical approach in ensuring the needs of our team can be met from a contracts administration, financial reporting and operational perspective.

You enjoy variety and thinking of ways you can create greater efficiency - you like contributing ideas and being a trusted administrator in your team. You understand the importance of being proactive and anticipating the needs of the business.

Utilising your strong multitasking and organisational skills this role will be a combination of the following:
**Contract Administration and Management** - including contract preparation and review; contract alignment to our policy and maintenance of a contract register

**Finance Administration** - including preparation of purchase orders, coding and accruals to ensure the timely and accurate processing of contract related accounts

**Process Improvement -** including understanding cost implications and variations and what that means to Dairy Australia and considering what change could be implemented

**Operational Support** - including administration support and confidence using different systems

You will be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and the ability to build rapport quickly. You are not afraid to ask questions and suggest improvements whether it's a current supplier rate, terms negotiated or how we use data and report information about the contracts to our team.
