We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to fill the role of Operational Coordinator.
About the Role- The Operational Coordinator will be responsible for managing various programs of operations, including planned and unplanned maintenance as well as new connections.
- Providing generalist office support and administrative management, including being the primary point of contact for all queries.
- Manage and coordinate operational programs to ensure timely completion and adherence to key performance indicators.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, emails, and other tasks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all queries, ensuring prompt and professional communication with stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
