**The role**:
Reporting directly to the Director of the Office of the Deputy Director-General, the Team Lead Executive Services provides consistent, timely advice to the Deputy Director-General, the Director and the Branch Manager on operational matters.

**In addition to this, you will be responsible for**:

- Resolving issues, particularly contentious, time-critical or confidential matters as required by the Deputy Director-General, Director and Branch Manager, Office of the Deputy Director-General.
- Supporting annual planning process for the Office of the Deputy Director-General.
- Coordinating the performance management and reporting for Office of the Deputy Director-General.

Are you right for this role?
To be successful in the role, you will have experience in providing sensitive, coordinated, confidential and complex support to Executive Management Leadership teams within large complex public sector organisations and Strong analytical and negotiation skills including the ability to resolve conflict positively.

Furthermore, you will have excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills, as well as good team building and policy networking skills.
