**The Opportunity**

We currently have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary (Team Executive) to join our Brisbane office on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Team Executive, you are responsible for providing proactive and effective general secretarial and administration assistance to our Lawyers & Practice Executives across a diverse range of tasks. In this role you will closely with the hub/Practice Executive team lead to ensure the smooth day to day running of the hub, and provide additional support to the Team Assistants. You will monitor requests that come through and act as a first point of escalation within the hub team.

Development within the Team Executive role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Experience within a Law Firm environment.
- "Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Demonstrates initiative and strong client focus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
