Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the establishment and operation of multi-agency service systems.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated services in collaboration with non-government providers and relevant government agencies at a local level.
  • Represent youth justice at regional consultation forums, committees, or working groups as required.
  • Enhance knowledge sharing through site mentoring, delivery of learning and development opportunities, and preparation of communication materials.
  • Provide strategic direction in implementing partnerships between the department and key stakeholders within the region and at a local level.
  • Improve public administration by practicing excellence in service delivery and identifying opportunities for improving client service.

Mandatory Qualifications/Requirements:

  • COVID-19 vaccination evidence (written confirmation, digital certificate, immunisation history statement, or International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate).
  • A 'C' Class drivers licence is required due to travel requirements.
