**About the Role**:
We're looking for a driven **Solution Sales Manager** to join our fast-growing Centralised Energy Services (CES) team at Origin. CES is part of Origin's Retail business and delivers innovative utility solutions—like hot water and embedded electricity systems—to high-density residential and commercial developments across Australia.In this pivotal sales role, you'll lead the identification and conversion of new business opportunities, manage key stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the design and commercial success of each project. You'll collaborate closely with developers, builders, hydraulic consultants, and Owners Corporations to deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers and communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and secure new and existing opportunities across residential and commercial buildings.
- Develop and execute detailed sales plans to meet budget targets.Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to develop fit-for-purpose, cost-effective solutions for each project.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and product trends.
- Prepare financial analyses and ensure contracts are commercially sound, approved, and executed correctly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and suppliers throughout the project and sales lifecycle.
- Support safe, high-quality installations by contributing to HSE plans and conducting quality audits on project delivery.

**About You**:
You're a commercially savvy and technically capable sales professional with experience in high-value solution selling—ideally within the property, construction, or utilities sectors. You thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment and are confident working with senior stakeholders and technical partners.

To succeed, you'll bring:

- Strong track record in sales or business development, ideally in high-density residential or commercial markets.
- Ability to interpret and contribute to technical designs.
- Commercial acumen and experience with project financials and contracts.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering customer value.
