An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support the Finance Team at Programmed

**About the role**: The main purpose of the role is to provide general end to end accounts payable support to the team, provide general support to payroll and assist with reporting.

**About you**:You will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive accounts payable professional with excellent time management skills and a strong focus on achieving positive, timely outcomes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Coordinating purchase order approvals in an efficient, timely manner
- Accurately processing invoices and posting for payment
- General accounts administration tasks to support the team
- Reporting
- General support to payroll
- Responding to queries and supporting key stakeholders within the business

**Key skills and attributes required for the role**:

- Relevant end to end accounts payable experience
- Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Previous experience using multiple systems including D365 (advantageous)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure within a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to work well within a team, both collaboratively and autonomously
- Approachable, diligent and reliable nature with a strong work ethic
- Flexible and adaptable working style
