CRM Developer

**Your job duties will include**:

- Mentoring junior technical consultants/developers
- Contributing to the technical governance structure within the practice
- End-to-end development with the configuration, customisation and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365/ CRM solutions.
- Design and develop CRM solutions, related customisations, portals, and reports.
- Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements.
- Undertaking a consultative approach to understand needs and deliver business value.
- Providing excellent customer interface skills throughout the project lifecycle.
- Pre-sales activities

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- 5+ years of hands-on development and design experience with Dynamics 365/CRM using.Net and other development technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with large and complex development projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).
- Demonstrated experience with Power Platform (PowerApps and Flow).
- Extensive experience in Microsoft.Net technologies and some integration experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing CRM custom workflows and plug-ins
- Demonstrated experience of integrating Dynamics 365 (CRM) with other software solutions.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts.
- Proven experience delivering solutions using Agile, learning and iterating frequently.
- Knowledge and experience in software development lifecycle
- High level communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels with colleagues and clients
- Previous system integration experience (including data migration) preferred
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications or willingness to complete highly regarded
- Skills: C#, JavaScript, REST, Web API, SSIS, Azure, Kingsway Soft, Scribe and Web Services
