**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our Field Services team in Brisbane.

This is a challenging role that requires technical expertise, leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the service delivery to our key Managed Services clients, providing proactive management of their IT environment and ensuring high levels of service quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing L3 support for service delivery teams and resolving technical issues
  • Overseeing projects and implementations for clients
  • Maintaining effective communications with clients and stakeholders
  • Working with Senior Consultants and Account Management staff to ensure effective management of the client base

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years IT experience
  • Advanced experience in Wintel environments including Windows Server and Desktop
  • Ability to administer an active directory environment
  • Good level of understanding of virtualised/Cloud environments such as VMWare/Hyper-V and Microsoft Azure
  • Break Fix Analysis and root cause analysis
  • Ability to travel to client site daily
  • People Leadership Skills
  • Proven ability to work within and across teams
  • Liaise with 3rd Party Vendors
