- Experience and efficiency in guest check
- ins and check outs
- Accuracy in maintaining guest reservations and requests
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills
- A passion for customer excellence
- Responsible Service of Alcohol or willing to obtain
- The ability to work afternoon and night shifts
