**Job Role:** Guest Services Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at all times. This includes processing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments and changes, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage guest room assignments and changes, including reassigning rooms as necessary.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns, providing solutions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
