We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Attendant to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, including bathrooms, wet areas and guest rooms
  • Elevate our guest experience by proactively engaging with guests to anticipate their needs and deliver individualised and tailored service
  • Contribute positively to our culture, which is centred around safety and procedural compliance

The ideal candidate will be someone who is great with people, policy and procedure, and has a knack for making guests feel right at home.

Requirements:
  • You are great with people, policy and procedure
  • You have a great eye for detail and take pride in the work that you deliver
  • You have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
