**What You'll Do**:

- Lead the Front Office team, creating seamless check-ins and unforgettable stays.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and a positive, engaging work environment.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain high service standards and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, from financial transactions to staffing and guest relations.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism, focusing on continuous improvement.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for guest services.
- Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Valid NSW RSA Competency Card, First Aid Certification, and a Driver's License.
- A team player who inspires, engages, and promotes a culture of excellence and enthusiasm.
