**About the role**:
We are seeking for a duty manager who have knowledge of hospitality venue operations with previous gaming and dining scene to join our team.

**Your duties**:

- Opening & closing procedures
- Cellar maintenance and stock control
- Cocktail knowledge is desired
- Must have RSA, RCG and ARGC
- Minimum 1-2 years F&B, TAB, KENO, gaming and hotel management experiences
- Great leadership, communication and organization skills
- Great problem solver, punctual, reliable and trustworthy

The roster will involve weekends with some nights and holiday basis.
