Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing staff, and maintaining facilities. Duties include supervising the bistro, beer garden, and accommodation services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating with different departments to provide seamless services.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management, facility management, or a related field
- Strong customer service skills, including handling inquiries and resolving complaints
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
